Broadband still down

1 week now without any Internet connection 3 separate times engineers have come out and yet still not been fixed. Smart hub still yellow light. Had no updates when it will be fixed just been left in the dark as usual

App not working

How can you control what device can connect to the Internet and for how long when the app is always under maintenance.  This is the most unreliable app I have ever come across. Very disappointing.
