Dreadful WiFi connection to extenders

Is it me or is the EE App a work of fiction? Trying to connect WiFi extenders is a dreadful experience. All sorts of flashing lights and pressing WPS buttons. Who did they get to write the firmware?

Resolved! Broadband down since 22/8/25

My broadband has been down since 5.00pm on 22nd August last update was that it would be resolved by 11pm today 26th August - still not resolved - is this standard or should affected customers be compensated ?  I live in SK4
