wifi is trash

Switched over to EE about a month ago now, and i must say the wifi is so bad. The speeds advertised to what were getting is ridiculous... im getting just shy of 250mb when promised over 500mb and this is a daily thing.

The EE home app is also dreadful just comes up with an error message saying it cant connect to the router.. what sort of service is this?

@pricey100  Is the router close to another electric device?  If it is it shouldn’t be as any electrical device can cause interference. Can you relocate the router ?    Have you tried restarting the router after it’s been switched off for 30+ seconds?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@pricey100 EE home app is for the older service and if you are on the new EE you should not be using that one, are you sure this is what you are using? What is your testing method to verify speed's? Which router do you have?
