How many people have got the new WiFi 7 router. I got text message and been on phone none stop. Been told should be getting new router last week. Still nothing and when go on chat. Get told not able to have it. Even though I’m a new customer and have the 1.6gb package and pay £79.99

@Daisyt90 : You correctly got the new SH Pro router but you still see the old SH+ on your EE a/c?

Well, at least you received what you were after 🙂 .

We don't all have a page 55. Depends on how we config our Settings. I only have 12 pages. Better to post a Permalink to the post in Q.

@Daisyt90 And you had to re-configure all of your devices to connect to the new router name and password, and also had no connection problems for any of your devices?

Yes all new WiFi passwords. What I’m waning to know is why when go to app is showing as the old smart hub plus and not smart hub pro

@Daisyt90 Just think yourself lucky that the app did what it did and got you up and running, next update to the app you never know may fix the connection type and correct the image.

New router arrived, took no time at all to get set up and connected to asll my devices using same SSID and Passwords. Is there a toggle somewhere to use MLO? MLO is a major feature of WiFi 7 and from what i can gather i am not connected using MLO, any advice would be appreciated?
