I moved house a month ago & moved over my "Full Fibre Gigabit Essentials" to my new house.
I wanted to have "Busiest Home Bundle" put into my new house, but I was told I couldn't & I was never told a reason why.
On my EE account, I don't see an option to upgrade to "Busiest Home Bundle."
Why can't I upgrade to "Busiest Home Bundle?"
Does anyone know?

@Realpearlmania Do you also have any DV Landline or EE TV associated with your EE Broadband, either off those currently do not allow the TOP 2 packages to be purchased or upgraded too.
