I have received a letter from you stating that I have not return my Kit. I have definitely return my kit please may I ask that you check your records. You also state that you have contacted me about this but have not had a reply. This is probably because the account is in my husbands name Mrs C ****. Unfortunately my husband passed in January of this year so I would have not seen any communication so can you also change the account holder to myself Mrs **********************

I'm so sorry for your loss. If you could take a look at our 'Change My Account in The Case of a Life Event' page and complete the form, our bereavement team will get in touch help you with transferring the account into your name, and see if they can provide an update on the returned router for you.
