Hi @Vb24214606
This is your third thread in as many days on the same topic. Either complain here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
Or if you are still within your cooling off period cancel, or pay off your remaining contract term and move.
Thousands of customers have moved over without issue but you'll always have a few who have issues the same as any consumer product.
Thanks

@Vb24214606 , what is your problem? You did not have to switch from BT to EE, is it broadband or mobile? We would need more information, but I doubt you have been forced to move from one to the other, certainly not for broadband.

@Vb24214606 , I am a customer like you, and here in the forum, there is no account access and we do not know who you are, even the staff in the forum do not have access to your account.
I asked you whether this was to do with broadband or mobile contract and you have failed to answer that question, also why is it a rip off? We may be able to help in some way if you give us more information.

@Vb24214606 ,EE and BT are two companies in their own right, but you did not need to change. You do have two weeks to change back, but if longer then no, as it would cost you.
It may help to let us know here, as someone may be able to help;.
If you are paying more, then what was your speed before and your speed now, as that can make a difference, that is what package were you on and what one are you on now?

@Vb24214606 You should check here and you will find out more, that I am not employed by EE, never have been and like a lot of us on here, are customers like you:
https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/EE-Community-info-News/Meet-our-Community-Stars/td-p/1421642
and here are the staff:
https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/EE-Community-info-News/Meet-our-Community-Team/td-p/1415489
You should have asked what you were getting by changing to EE, speed makes a difference, as prices can vary as well, the more speed you get the higher the price.
