Broadband contract

I have ordered a broadband and installed today. When i ordered the price dropped the week after and I chat with one of the advisor (i don't want to mention the name i think its may not sound appropriate m not sure to be honest), i wanted to cancel the order and he said dont need to cancel but once the device installed they can charge me the lower amount for monthly billing and he will be the one sorting this out for me. Now its been installed and I have no idea how to contact that specific person in the EE team? Can anyone help in this matter please. I appreciate. Thanks in advance

@Bushra6 You either have to call EE CS and discuss what has been done and what they see as going to be the current billing amount to you, if you are not happy then raise a formal complaint and go down that route!

@Bushra6 : There is no way to contact a specific person; just the normal CS line.

As you are still within your cooling off period I should consider cancelling it as you can't rely on non-documented promises. Otherwise you can just regard it as the normal change of price of goods from day to day.

Hi thanks for replying. He sent a text message as an documented evidence through EE service? That wont be considered you mean.

So the text message he sent  through 150 EE services wont be considered? As an written evidence?

Thank you . This is helpful and i tried. They have said the bill will be adjusted next month. Hopefully will be done.

@Bushra6 If not you just have to keep on at it, there is no other way!
