Safe Search

Just joined EE for broadband and landline.Unable to get Safe Search ro work. Keeps saying try again.Any advice please.?Many thanks

WiFi Pro Booster not getting a signal

I’m stumped with this. According to the EE app (manage, broadband) both my boosters show as ‘getting no signal’, if I click on them, they show as online (confirmed by the aqua light on the boosters) and that devices are connected to them and working....

Service status not loading

Anyone else unable to get the service status to load? I’ve tried the text service and that has come back with an issue in the area, however, when I try the link to show the service status for the area, it doesn’t load. Doesn’t work on the app either....

Broadband

Our broadband has been down since last night. It says connected and the light is green but there’s no internet connection what so ever. We’ve tried everything: resetting the router 3 times, turning it on and off three times and power cycling the mode...

Dynamic IP - How often does it change?

Hi,I am a EE broadband user. I understand that this means my IP changes ( or is dynamic in other words) every so often, as opposed to static.My question is, how often does the IP change? Every day? Week? Month? Many thanks.
