Unable to pay broadband bill Online

Where is the link to make a payment online with a debit card? The help hub article directs you to your bills but there isn't a link there to pay.

Hi @JackCoxhead

Thanks for coming to the community.

There isn't a link specifically for paying a broadband bill, but if you login to your online account and choose either broadband from the welcome screen, or choose 'Bills and payments' then view your broadband bill, and scroll down until you see 'Pay your bill'.

There is more on how you can pay the broadband bill on our Pay your EE Broadband bill page.

This is taken from the "ways to pay your bill" page on the help centre.

"Log into EE online from your web browser.

Go to Bills & Payments in the top bar on your screen.

Select the bill you want to view by date.

We'll show you the total bill. Scroll down and select the link to Make a payment."

To start there is no "bills and payments" at the topbar, the options are account settings, search, shop by catagory, basket and manage, which is an advert for the app. I've made my way to my bills by going through "manage broadband". In order to view my latest bill as instructed in STEP 3, I need to download this bill as a PDF.

Downloading the Bill and scrolling to PAGE 2 gives me this information about card payments

"Card Payment

Each month we'll notify you in advance of the amount we will collect for your monthly payment. Or alternatively you can make a one-off payment. Sign up/pay at ee.co.uk or call us free from a EE phone or from any other phone. Please note we don't accept AMEX.

All other ways to pay

See the payment slip located on the last page of your bill.

For a full list of ways to pay go to ee.co.uk/broadband-ways-topay."

But there is nowhere on the bill where there is a link to pay via a credit or debit card, and this is clearly stated in the "ways-topay" help section as the process to pay via card. The link "ee.co.uk/broadband-ways-topay" directs you to a page not found error, which makes the situation more frustrating and there is no payment slip on my bill which I could use either.
