debt summon

IV been sent an email about a debt collector wanting £173 for EE but all my bills are up to date, I moved home back in August and when I phoned EE to switch my address over, they gave me a new broadband and cancelled my old account, they said they would send me a box to send back my old router but I never received one, so now they want the above amount, how can I rectify this?

@RachelRidley60 You should read and return the requested EE part, keep the postage returns label then call EE CS to inform them with that number, may not stop the collection process but you can ask!
