i am so stressed out about my switching and having to pay out £200 that i don't have and i still have things to pay for i am so confused cos the email i got from them it says 28 days and not only that they say it will be credited to my EE account and that's not good for me because that will put me in debt i am stressing big time thanks for listening sorry for the rant

I'd recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team regarding this. 

Please notify the team the affect this is having and that you don't have the funds to pay, the team will do all they can to help and see if any other options are available.

Thank you Jim for the info can i ask is credit issued back to  my account cant afford to lode that kind o money right now and also how long does it take to refund it back i have bills to pay that;'s why i am asking i have just been so worried

@NOYDB1     Once it’s credited to your EE account you can request that back to your bank account.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@NOYDB1 There are a couple off points to from the link below, the time it takes for you to pay the bill, it getting cleared as VM happy and then they issue that it's all done and producing that final bill showing so, then also now you can go to the EE Switching team for them to scrutinise that Bill and agree it was all done correctly, if all happy that final amount is paid as a credit to your account, so let's say the whole £300 and you are paying £30/month that's 10 months off NO payments, if you wish to get the whole payment back to you transferred back you have to now get the EE Switching team and a Manager to agree that payment back to your EE method of payment that they do prefer to be by Direct Debit....

Would say you are looking at a couple off months from when you square away VM to getting it all back AND that is if it all goes to plan and EE do agree to it all, so look carefully at the link below.....
