You have my sympathy. EE have got to be the most dishonest and penny pinching company who don't give a damp for the well being of their customers.
Was given the following lies at point of purchase - that I could get all the streaming services - lie, not compatible with Dysney+ - that i would not need enhancers/extenders although id needed them with previous providers cause I have very thick stone walls- Lie 2 engineers confirmed that I needed 2 enhancers. They initially refused to supply 2nd one so I had no tv and no broadband in any but one room- but EE kept taking the money. Then agreed to supply 2nd enhancers at no charge - this was 5 weeks later - then charged me !
IDuring this time I was without all services including community alarm till I made other arrangements at my own cost.
DONT MOVE TO EE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL TELLYOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY. BIGGEST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE MADE MOVING TO THEM AND WILL MOVE ON AS SOON AS IM OUT OF CONTRACT
