I've been with ee in my flat the last 2 years and a year before that at a previous place and game mode wifi optimizer just don't seem to work I can't even switch it on just says needs refreshing I've done everything rebooted router cold reset hard reset connection via Ethernet to gaming PC and still won't work on the app.
I mainly use it for gaming and get a poor 70meg which is all I can get in my area until I move in July
But yet again the issue is Im paying for a gaming service which I can't actually use properly due to lag spikes I've tried bloat testerd and because I can't access the optimizer I can't sort that out and I'm getting a d rating
I've messaged the help team today and yet again given the same excuse that they are aware of the issue someone is on it it's the same excuse over again but they still take my money from me
This service sucks and had any of these issues and found a work around fed up of getting packet burst

If you have an open support ticket and this is being investigated, the team will be working on this and let you know when they have any updates. If this is not resolved an you are not getting any new updates, you can raise a complaint, using our online form for our complaints team to help look into the issue you are having.
