No Connection

For the past 2 evenings we have had no broadband connection, we have no woken up on day 3 and they’ve identified a fault but estimate 5 days to fix it. 
In the age of working from home, what do I do here?! My partner works from home, help chat is a 4 hour wait, I start work in 45 minutes. 
We don’t have the ability to wait a week for WiFi.. 
This isn’t acceptable!

@Annoyed6543 When working from home becomes difficult, would suggest if you have a mobile signal at all you look at the backup hybrid addon feature from EE. It may take longer than the 5 day's or shorter, an Estimate is all that it is for a repair!
