@shakey19811 Your current landline service, is the phone plugged into the OR Master phone socket for the connection and your BT/EE hub whichever you have there also same socket for the Broadband connection.

DV Digital Voice is delivered over FTTC Copper connection but when that happens OR Route the phone landline now over and out the EE/BT connection back off the hub, but to do so requires Minimum a BT Smart Hub2 or an EE Smart Hub (2023) onwards for that to happen.

When on FF Full Fibre there is just no choice DV wise, but the hub can be any off the later ones as the copper/phone socket is now disconnected from use. Not sure what you have now or what is getting done, but if DV is happening first and that may happen then look at what you have Hub wise, going to go re-read the other post's....

Hard to work out what is going on from the previous post's so BT may just be hiving you off over to the EE Service now and then the FF Upgrade will all happen latter when scheduled by OR getting all the works done.
