I am disgusted with EE as I worked for BT for nearly 35 years.
They are rewarding new customers by giving them better deals than an existing broadband customer whose 2 year contract has ended.
Theoretically, you are a new customer, so why do they not offer me, a new customer theoretically a better offer than "New" customers.
I understand the logic behind attracting new customers but surely losing existing customers should also be a top priority for EE.
I got quotes from top Broadband providers like Virgin, O2 and they were much cheaper for speeds of 900Mb/second.
I unfortunately decided to stay with EE, whi

@sachaudri You got quotes from different broadband providers where you will be a new customer so they’re offering you new customer deal deals. Just like EE do. You’re not a new customer if you upgrade and stay with the same provider.

@sachaudri You have decided that EE is the one for you, the deal that they give is on the table, it's a take it or leave it, all ISP's are the same when renewal comes around. Stay or Leave that is the only choice off the two you have.

What bb package are you on? EE have agreed with Ofcom that at renewal customers get offered the best available deal for whatever package they are on so they do offer the new customer price

Often the issue is those who are on All Rounder or Full Works packages, whereas the advertised packages are Essentials. The features are different so it's comparing apples to oranges, but the price alone is what most are looking at it would seem.

@garybs29 Ofcom is not the complaints process, EE details that all on there web site the route to go!

@JimM11 I wasn't referring to the complaints process, EE send everyone the best renewal option as agreed with Ofcom before the contract ends, so the whole rant about not being offered the same new customer price for the same package is actually incorrect

Hi @sachaudri
Use cashback sites and switch provider for a better deal. It is easy these days.
Also use the search as there are many posts on the same point.
Thanks
