Ordered Samsung buds had an email and a second today but still cant track the order?? Does this mean it's not gone ahead???

@Toni1987   No not at all.   You’ve had an XKO number that’s just an order number you’ll get a tracking number once the item as been allocated to you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

So theres a possibility the item might not be still allocated to me then??

I can see the Samsung Buds are all currently in stock.

It said my order is winging it's way to me and I'd receive a TC from DPD but how long does this normally take??

If this has been dispatched, you should receive a text from DPD within 24 hours with your one-hour delivery slot. 

 

It sounds like your order has been received.
