Ipad ordered 3 weeks ago

Hi,  I ordered an ipad Pro about 3 weeks ago. No news since. Delivery tracker isn't working.The shops are open again now... Should I just cancel my order (and contract) and buy one from the apple store? Thanks, Nikki

Sim only upgrade when will it start

I’ve just upgraded to a sim only plan. With everything unlimited but it says I have no data left out of 41? When it should be unlimited? Is there a time it’s meant to change over or has something gone wrong ?
