Hi! Me and my husband both upgraded via text yesterday. I did mine super early, paid and got a confirmation email within a couple hours saying my phone will be delivered next day, but no delivery details. 

 

When I did my husband's at about 7pm, we made payment (was debited so definitely went through) and he received a text saying his phone will be delivered next day too. But no email confirming his order like I did.

 

My allowance and contract details have updated on the app already, his haven't. 

 

Am I panicking unnecessarily or should I definitely be concerned?

 

(I do have an extra motivation to get this sorted. We ordered the same phone, except I ordered black by accident, so he ordered the colour I want so we could just swap, and I had already gotten so excited about new phone day 😭😭😂😂😂😂😂)

It's a good sign that the money has been taken and that the delivery text came through, it means the order is being processed.

 

Which phone and colour is on his order?

 

Have you been given time-slots for delivery yet?
