Unable to send text message after upgrading to estimate on iphone 11 max

I have recently upgraded to an e-sim on my new iPhone 11 max pro and I have activated my SIM card as instructed but my text message fail to deliver.  Can anyone assist to resolve this issue.

Within your text message settings, check that your message centre number is set to +447958879879

Thank you for reply but within setting message, I cannot see anywhere where you set this number. 
many furher help would be appreciated.
