I’m trying to upgrade my phone lines that were out of contract last month. Every time I choose the phone a message shows that there isn’t a package for this phone. It does it with any phone I select. Any ideas what I can do as don’t have time to sit on phone upgrading wanted to do it nice and quick online as need to do two.

@Wink2010 You’ll have to call to get this resolved. You normally only see that message when you are on a upgrade anytime tariff and the tariff is cheaper than the one you currently have.
