Hi,
This morning I was watching Netflix and later in the day after work one of the shows I was watching suddenly disappeared. I managed to find it and when I press play it says that I am using a proxy or unblocker and can not watch it until I disable it.
I haven't changed anything or installed any software since the morning. I do not use VPN software or any anti-virus beyond windows defender. I connected through my phone to check it was just the router and the issue did not occur when connected on my phone (also EE).
I have tried factory reset on my device as well but this has still resulted in the same problem and at a loss of how to resolve this.
This is the 4GEE Home Router 2017 model which is now just passed it's fixed 18 month plan is now rolling monthly.

Does the same message show if you watch any other shows?
Did you try watching the same show on your phone when connected to WiFi?
