Hi,
I’ve been trying to upgrade my sim only plan for the past week but to no avail. I keep getting an error message saying “Sorry! There was a problem while trying to display the page” every time I try and checkout.
The only reason why I have to do it online is because I have a friends and family voucher code which after speaking with the sales team on 150 have advised I can only use it online.
No one in the sales team could help me and I’m getting quite frustrated as I really want to upgrade after having bought a new phone that enables 5G but am unable to, solely due to the EE website not allowing me to. Can this issue be resolved ASAP.

Please can you confirm if you have tried another browser?

Yes, I’ve tried a new browser, I’ve tried deleting all history and cookies, even tried on my laptop but still the same issue.
