Taking new line out

Hi I tried to take another phone contract out but realised I’d tried upgrading my own line by accident . When calling EE he changed the order for me and said that he would order me the iPhone 13 but was currently out of stock for 7 days . Unfortunately his system went down and so he took my number and said he would call back . Later that day I got a message from EE that said new line added . But I’ve not had no confirmation emails or any delivery emails .

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will be able to check your account and make sure your order has gone through, then give you an update on it.

If I go into my local EE shop would they be able to help me out there. Would they be able to tell me if the guy on the phone added the new line or not . Just abit worried I’ll be waiting and the phone never arrive .
