Any chance of some help - can’t upgrade online as every phone I choose says no plans available. Told by ee community that I need to call 150 to fix the issue. Wait 25 mins for them to tell me that they can’t fix the issue as it’s to do with the online platform - reinstall app but surely it’s not that as it doesn’t work on phone iPad or laptop. So now I’ve to discuss with my daughter, get a rough idea what we would like and phone and wait 25 mins to discuss with someone what we want - the online issue has been happening for weeks so surely it can be fixed?? Anything can be done here - guy didn’t even check my account so it’s not that 🤷♂️

@Karen2019 i had the exact same issue when it came to me upgrading at the end of november. I just phoned and spoke to upgrades and done it that way
