reinstating connection

My connection has been disabled due to 6 months inactivity. How do I reinstate it?  I cannot get through to you on the phone as there is a 30 minute wait and my landline phone runs out of battery life before then.

Hi @bwoollatt

Thanks for coming to the community.

If this is a pay as you go SIM card that has gone into hibernation, you will need to get in touch with our Customer Care team.

They can look into this for you and let you know if the number can be reinstated.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

@bwoollatt   You will have to call to get this re activated and that’s providing it hasn’t been in hibernation too long as you are right on the boundary of this with six months of inactivity from the device.

It's not just inactivity. It's no chargeable activity for over 6 months.
