order confirmation

I upgraded my phone on Tuesday to the iphone XS in grey and the initial payment has gone out of my account. However, I haven't received a confirmation email and checked my junk folder for this. I did not manage to get a picture of my order confirmation before the page refreshed. I am just concerned as I haven't received a confirmation email but the money has gone from my account.

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

If your payment has been taken then your order sounds like it is being processed.

 

Online orders usually take a few days while our team complete the order manually. With the long Easter bank holiday weekend and current circumstances it may take a few more day before you device is with DPD.

 

Can you let me know which memory size of the iPhone XS in Space Grey you ordered and I can check the stock availability for you.
