Successful PAYG order but can’t track, and no upfront payment taken

Hi, 

 

I ordered the Samsung a20e payg with £20 sim. 

I received a successful order email confirmation with ref but the payment has not been taken from my account. 

I can’t track the order and need to know if it is going through as it’s a birthday present for my daughter. 

I can’t call the helpline. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your reply. It won’t allow me to do so. I can this is a common problem from reoccurring posts on the community page. 

I will contact to cancel the order as I have decided to purchase elsewhere.
