Add on delivery

Hi 

 

I add on to my plan a samsung tv in 01.04. But is still dont know when i got this tv. I got a confirmation email but i cant track my order.. 

I just wanna know when i expected my order ? ..

Have you had any contact from DPD?

 

You'll get a text on the morning of your delivery day to let you know it's on the way.

No nothing.. I just waiting for the dpds text one week ago. I know its now the delivery its longer then normal. 

I just want to know about how much more to wait ..?

If you're unable to track it, and haven't had a text yet, the only way to get an idea on where your delivery is would be to contact our Customer Care team.

Thanks i speak with somebody in online chat, but i still dont know when i expected my tv to delivery.. :S

I have a tracking number but i cant track.

Ohm actually  they just say what i know alredy.. dpd send me a text before the delivery.. yeah its okay but i ordered 10 days ago and i still dont know nothing.

 

When i try track my order i got back this message : Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
