How do I know if my order has been acc

Hello, I placed and order for two devices and had to pay £100 upfront, That appears to have been taken and I have an E-mail confirmation with order number asking me to call them to say they just need to confirm a few details.

 

At this stage would the order have been successful or not?

@Geminipaul  As requested you need to call the order will not proceed until you do if you don’t call you’ll only be refunded the deposit back.
