When will i receive new phone

Had a upgrade order 2 days ago, still waiting a text on when it will be delivered, any news

Been sorted, managed to get thru on phone, the online order never got processed even tho I got order confirmation email, lass sorted it and put new order in and phone coming Tuesday, perfect.
