EE Perks account deactivated

Tried logging in to my perks account and it says the account is deactivated. Password reset does not work. Spent over 45mins on the phone to CS and still not working, please can you sort this out

EE Wifi not working

My Wifi has been in and out all day today, the wifi hub disconnects (red) tries to connect (orange) connects (blue) and then 10 minutes later does this all again, over and over all day today. HOPKINSTOWN PONTYPRIDD area.

Resolved! Ordered the wrong colour phone
