Mobile Data not working.

Last year I was easily able to use my mobile data normally without any problems. Now whenever I buy data, it's very unreliable and doesn't seem to work at all.

Yesterday I bought a 100mb pack. I activated my mobile data, still couldn't use online apps, and I still have 100mb of data left which I can't even use.

Can you make calls & texts?

 

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

 

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

 

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

100MB is enough for what I need it for. And yes, I am sure. The data didn't work at all, hence I still have the full amount on my account.

 

Yes I can make calls and texts, I did so a few hours ago.

 

I texted AL to 150. It says the following:

"Your current balance as of today 23:37 is £12.93. You have 100MB remaining until 01/08/2021 for your 100MB 7 day add-on. Your last top up was £10.00 on 11/11/2020 at 15:27.". And yes, it was free.

 

I made a chargeable text today, and bought the add-on yesterday, as previously stated in my original post.
