Where am I suppose to view my bill such a complicated app Ive been trying and can’t find it amd tried texting balance to 150 and no amount in text

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you log into your My EE account online and select Bills and Payments, then View Bill, you can use the drop down menu to select the bill you would like to view.

Welcome to the EE community

 

After signing into the myEE app, choose Menu > Invoices & Payments, and then choose the bill you want to view.

 

I'm using a business account, so the wording and/or options may differ slightly.

@Musabutt1  Open the app and at the bottom of the first page it says BILLS & PAYMENTS.  Your bill is presented to you just there. And if you click see SEE LAST BILL it’ll show Exactly that and if you click at the top PAYMENTS you can view past bills.

iVe been on the phone to customer service they have no idea what app I’m using They’ve talked me through it but apparently they don’t recognise the features on my app still investigating
