Free boost minutes.

I changed my free boost to extra 50 minutes so first one was 150 minutes that was fine but when got second one was 150 minutes again.?

So my question is shouldn't it be 200 minutes now.??

Or will give 150 minutes free only each time.?

Can you log into your My EE Account and check the boosts section, and let us know if you have more than one boost?

Both have ticks next to them.

That says to me that you currently have a 50 minute boost and a 512MB data boost, @CarlH1.

Which pack are you on?

First time got option chose data second time chose minutes and on second time now,  was hard to get minute's though. 

Thought could only have one or offer not both?  Its really confusing.

Every time you buy 3 x 30 day or 12 x 7 day packs, you can choose a new allowance Boost, in addition to the one(s) you already have. 🙂

Next time you're eligible, try texting BOOST DATA, BOOST MINS or BOOST TEXTS to 150, depending on which one you'd prefer.

But as chose last time boost minutes.  And already at 150 minutes shouldn't next one got made in 200mins.?

If you think the current boosts that you have may be incorrect, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team, @CarlH1.

They will be able to access your account and check the boosts for you.
