Changing PAYG 'pack' - will I lose my existing 'Boosts'?

The Post title pretty much covers it...

I have set up a payment card in my account to make payments every 30 days, after receiving a text saying I could save 10% on my monthly PAYG payment by doing so. Unfortunately, the first time a payment was taken I was charged the full price! I complained to EE CS but got nowhere...

Currently, every 3rd monthly payment I make, I receive a 'free Boost'. If I switch to one of the new 30-day packs, will I lose all the free Boosts I have accumulated - currently boosted up to 5GB of data each month?

No, you keep all your existing Boosts when you switch to 1 of the new packs.

What are EE Free Boosts? :

Legacy and 2020 customers

If you move from an older pack to our newer pack range, you will not lose any boosts you have already earned on your allowance. Once you have moved to our newer packs, you will be subject to the new Free Boost rules as laid out above and will be able to earn an additional six boosts on top of your allowance.

You only get the 10% discount on buying the new packs.
