I had always been using the 5 pound pack for a month (about 2 yrs), but this year around January it was just gone! Lost all my free boost because I cannot choose that package and customer service has told me to switch to the 1 pound pack for a week, saying that they will keep my free boost. It did for the week and then gone. Not surprised and no need to use that afterwards at that time so i didn't bother to contact them back again for the issue.
Now that I can see the plan is back, is it possible to let me switch back to my 5 pound pack with my orginial 5 pound pack free boosts?

Hi @ky0na.
If you can give our Customer Care team a call, they will be able to change you to an available pack, and also check your account history to see what boosts you should have.
