Add ons not working

I have topped up my PAYG... but I keep getting error messages when trying to purchase add-ons.

Any ideas?

What error messages are you getting?

 

Could you text AL to 150 to check your allowances and balance?

each time I try purchasing an add on it says error even though I topped up my phone so I'd have enough to purchase the data add on

Which add-on are you trying to purchase, @Aida11?

 

Could you text BALANCE to 150 and let us know what it says your current pack allowance/credit balance is?
