EE Perks account deactivated

Tried logging in to my perks account and it says the account is deactivated. Password reset does not work. Spent over 45mins on the phone to CS and still not working, please can you sort this out

Welcome to the community,

 

Unfortunately there is access to your account in this the public forum, you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted as they have access to your account. 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I have rung customer services and they haven't sorted it

I'm having the same problem: Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

 

With no advice on how to get it reactivated! Very poor show. Tried the online chat help - they asked me to call 150. I call 150 and they tell me they can't help and I have to get my own IT people on it. I've raised a ticket, but I'm not confident they can resolve the issue.

 

Also, every case on this forum with the same issue just gets a "I've sent you a private message" response. That's not helpful either.

Someone 'James' from EE sent me a private message and he has been very helpful. It's taken a lot of effort by him to get this sorted. I'm now reregistered and awaiting validation.

From the number of posts with this same issue on this forum, you'd think they'd have a process to rectify this issue by now. Fingers crossed @James_B or one of his associates can help me too.
