New upgrade

have had upgrade but my old phone is still showing on EE app

Hi. I am trying to upgrade my phone thru the app, but every time I click on the upgrade option, it comes up with "page not found". It also does it when I try to look at the ee shop and browse phones. It is the same on the website as it is on the app....

Resolved! Stuck in a loop trying to upgrade my phone contract

I'm attempting to look at my upgrade options for my phone contract but when I get stuck in a loop.It starts on the my EE dashboard, I select upgrades, it takes me to my devices, I press "upgrade now" then it takes me to https://shop.ee.co.uk/auth/ide...

New customer

Hi as a new customer to EE from BT, on family Sims , I have been sent 5 SIM cards to transfer over onto our old numbers. How do I know which SIM is associated to which number? Any help is greatly appreciated

I too are having now the EXACT same problem as detailed above!! It is truly infuriating because I keep getting letters EVERY month saying my bill hasn't been paid - IT HASN'T BEEN PAID BECAUSE YOUR WEBSITE ISN'T WORKING EE and I simply cannot pay it!...
