Unable to upgrade online - unable to find page

Eligible for upgrade but cannot access my store online, page displayed says "Unable to find this page" and links to areas of the site which also do not work.

Upgrade date was Jan 2021.

@oatesmaloney  try clearing your browser history and cookies and then try again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This has got me one page further but still receive the same error finding page when I select any phone?

I love it when my upgrade rocks around, so totally get how important it is to get this sorted. 

 

Thanks for trying what @Chris_B suggested, clearing those does usually help with things like this. As you're still having trouble could you try using a different browser and let me know if that helps?

Hi - I have tried on multiple browsers now from my phone and still getting the "unable to find page" error. I seem to get further along on each one and then hit an error page before I can complete.

 

I have been trying to upgrade now for around a month, surely there is a fix for your website for this rather than customers having to keep deleting browsing history; and in my case, still getting nowhere. I have seen this issue raised numerous times online.

Really frustrating for me too. Tried 3 different browsers with the same issue. I was only wanting to upgrade but may look elsewhere now. It shouldn't be hard to get a website that works.

I use the internet for everything, so totally get how important it is that everything works as it should.

 

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?
