I'm attempting to look at my upgrade options for my phone contract but when I get stuck in a loop.
It starts on the my EE dashboard, I select upgrades, it takes me to my devices, I press "upgrade now" then it takes me to https://shop.ee.co.uk/auth/identify and then I go back to my dashboard and the loop continues. I would like to see my upgrade options, is there a solution to this?

I'm sorry to hear that, @mark246
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into it for you. They should be able to run through some upgrade options too.

Are you able to try this on a different device or browser please? Does the same thing happen?

Yes, I've tried it on a pc and on my phone on different browsers, same issue occurs
