I too are having now the EXACT same problem as detailed above!! It is truly infuriating because I keep getting letters EVERY month saying my bill hasn't been paid - IT HASN'T BEEN PAID BECAUSE YOUR WEBSITE ISN'T WORKING EE and I simply cannot pay it!!!
My mobile EE app does exactly the same!
I have to ring and pay over the dam phone every time after trying to sort this out COUNTLESS times now and each time the operator on the end says it has all been sorted now and wont happen again but come the end of the month I try and log on and it's back to not working.
PLEASE sort this problem out for me once and for all EE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest giving our Mobile Care team another call on 150, they will run through some extra troubleshooting with you and if needed they can raise a support ticket for your My EE account.

@smogthemog : Try using Fast Payment to pay by UK bank card.
