EE broadband

I have recently upgraded to the bt broadband with ee , I paid my last ee broadband bill and have paid my first bt , ee broadband bill so why today has a payment for ee broadband gone out when I no longer even have the service ?

Inconsistencies on the add ons page on android app The prices are not as advertised, I bought a 3gb for £6 add on and it gave me only 1gb and charged me £10 [mod edit: image rejected due to it containing personal information]
