Google play purchase

Hi since my last bill was paid. I have not been able to do any subscription or buy anything on Google play or any other site that has mobile billing. I have called and spoken to several customer service and technical help but nothing has fixed it.

I have removed the billing carrier from Google play and them installed it again but I keep getting the same message. What can I do to get it sorted as it has been a week now and I am no further on to getting it sorted.

Speak with CS again. You need to to get them to remove the Third Party Bar - it's different than normal extra charges spend cap.

thank you for your advice. I have spoken to Customer Services and they have said there are no third party bars on my account. it seems to be a technical issue and they have said they are looking in to it
