When trying to view 'Add Ons' on the EE app on andriod, it just comes up with the below message everytime. Been the same ever since i downloaded the app.

Everytime I try to go into my add ons I get this.

Does the same happen if you log into your My EE account online?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling?

Hi @Leanne_T ,
I can confirm for me that it works online. I have taken the steps of deleting the app and reinstalling. I have also logged out and back in as well as clearing the app cache and data.
