EE perk password reset not working

hello, hope someone can help me. I am trying to upgrade my phone however have tried for 2 days now to ‘reset my password’ for the perks portal and I haven’t received an email to reset it. I’ve tried my work email and personal but nothing. Also checked the junk but nothing.

Hello, my EE Perks account is showing as deactivated due to not accessing it quickly enough (password error). Can someone please advise me on how this can be sorted, I want to use my account. it will not let me register for a new one.
