Ring security cameras

I've recently bought 2 ring security cameras set them up on WiFi they work fine but when I try and use live view on 4g it doesn't work at all spoke to ring and they said its my network provider does anyone else have this issue ?? Thanks Sarah

Number porting

My number transfer went through 24 hrs ago but my sim card cannot make or receive calls and failed to register on my network. My Samsung S10 Note plus 5g recognises my sim with the correct phone number.
