I paid off my next EE bill on the 15/11/21 as I thought there was not much point in letting the money sit in my account, however today I have had the same total taken out of my account.
i was wondering if there is chance of a refund as it was never stated to me that it would have been taken out of my account and I thought my payment on the 15th Would have been classed as my payment for my contract this month, have the second payment taken out has left my in debt.

Hi @Kira8
You will need to speak to EE CS about this request on 150. If you’re on direct debit then your payment is taken automatically up to ten days after your monthly renewal. If you paid in the interim then this process would not stop. Any additional payments would be added as credits to your account.
Thanks

@Kira8 : If you have a DD in operation you shouldn't make a manual payment on or soon after your billing date. It is then too late to stop the DD being auto taken in full. Now the extra will be used as credit against your next bill. It won't show on your a/c until the next bill.
